New to paleo keto?

Begin by understanding the difference between paleo food choices and ketogenic eating. Explore the ingredients they share, and what combining the two approaches involves.

What can you get from us?

Explore free articles, practical food ideas and everyday ingredient guides. A paid guidebook and an online video course are in preparation.

How our guides help

Turn the ideas into meals you recognise. Learn about food choices, simple swaps and the nutritional considerations that come with a more restrictive way of eating.

How to make a start

Start with our beginner’s guide and consider whether the approach suits your circumstances. Then explore one familiar meal, with professional advice where needed.

Why rethink what fills your plate?

It’s easy for bread, pasta, rice or potatoes to become the biggest part of a meal. Our food ideas begin with vegetables, a protein source, olive oil, herbs and plenty of flavour.

Less starch can still mean a proper, satisfying meal. Think salmon with broccoli and avocado, lemon chicken with roasted cauliflower, or courgette ribbons with a rich tomato sauce.

Paleo and keto are different approaches. Combining them narrows the range of foods you eat, so variety, fibre and individual nutritional needs deserve attention. These meal ideas are not a personalised ketogenic prescription.
