What is a paleo keto diet?

Paleo keto combines paleo-style food choices with the carbohydrate restriction associated with keto. Meals typically centre on meat, fish, eggs, non-starchy vegetables, nuts and seeds, while avoiding grains, pulses and usually dairy. There is no single standardised paleo keto plan.

Are paleo and keto the same thing?

No. Paleo focuses on which foods are included or excluded; keto focuses on restricting carbohydrate enough to encourage ketosis. A paleo meal can be high in carbohydrate, and a keto meal can contain foods excluded by a strict paleo approach.

Does eating these meals guarantee ketosis?

No. Ketosis depends on your overall carbohydrate intake and individual circumstances. Our meal ideas are not personalised ketogenic prescriptions, and we do not publish unverified macro counts.

Do I need expensive keto products?

No specialist products are needed to explore the food ideas here. Eggs, frozen vegetables, tinned fish, olive oil and ordinary supermarket ingredients can all be useful.

Can I buy the guidebook or course now?

The planned prices are £27 for the guidebook and £47 for the online video course. Both are in preparation; checkout and delivery are not yet available.

Is paleo keto suitable for everyone?

No. Restrictive diets need careful consideration. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional before starting, particularly if you take medication, have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have an eating-disorder history. This site is intended for adults, not children.
